Reference Resources: Making Sense and Exploring Topics In-Person
It's easier to understand the academic tone and vocabulary of scholarly articles when you have a guide--but where can you find one? Luckily for you, Ball State University Libraries have a vast collection of specialized encyclopedias, handbooks, and other resources for every subject. They can help you make sense of unfamiliar subjects and maybe even find a topic for a paper, with background information, topic overviews, quick definitions, and more. Attend our Reference Resources workshop to learn how to use our Reference Collection in print and online! Choose between two sessions, both taking place in Bracken Library room 225. (The intended audience for this workshop is undergraduate students.)
