Info Table: Copyright & Fair Use In-Person

Have you ever quoted from a novel in a research paper? Shared a video with a friend? Whether we know it or not, we are constantly taking advantage of “fair use,” a part of copyright law that lets all of us use other people’s creations in limited ways to support free speech and education.

Help the Libraries celebrate Fair Use Week by stopping by our information table in the Bracken Library lobby! You can grab a poster, ask a copyright question, and learn more about how to take advantage of fair use in teaching, research, and everyday life.
