Specialized Resources for Popular Music Studies Online
Attend this workshop to learn about sources for popular music studies, a growing field in music research. From rock and jazz to film scores and videogame music, there is so much more musical territory to explore than even just a few years ago. With this open frontier comes new challenges as we reframe our discussion of aesthetics and weed through an abundance of non-scholarly sources. Bolster your study and understanding of popular music with this informative session.
