Faculty Workshop: Fostering Media Literacy in a Post-Truth World In-Person

Are you looking for resources that you can use to help your students develop their media literacy?  In today’s world of information overload, misinformation and clickbait, these skills are more important than ever.  Join University Libraries for a workshop where you will learn practical classroom strategies to help students evaluate information, identify fake news, acknowledge their own biases, and develop as metaliterate information users. 

BSU faculty, K-12 educators and media specialists are encouraged to attend. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar file attachment to add the event to your calendar.  One hour before the event start time, you will also receive the information needed to join the webinar.
