Helping Students Evaluate Credibility: Faculty Edition In-Person
It is difficult to find credible information in a landscape of fake news, satirical sites, and downright inaccurate reporting. As information experts, librarians share your interest in improving the critical thinking skills of students so they may become better evaluators of information, cite higher quality sources, and grow into media literate citizens. In this workshop we will share tested tips and resources for integration into courses.
